Winter 2018 U11 Program

SEASON DATES:  January 20 - March 11
PRACTICE: Dana Hills  3:30 PM - 5:00 PM | Starts Sunday, January 14

This is your chance to hone your skills with equipment. We will place you into positional training to make sure you are prepared for the big field. Units will be divided by position and then brought together for competitive drills and team concepts for the 10v 10 field format which everyone plays. This is to prepare you for every field situation in lacrosse.


Attack, Midfield, Defense, Special Tactical Situations- Extra Man Offense, Man Down Defense, Transition, Face off units, Goalie play, Clears and Rides.

We will cover all training necessary to become a knowledgeable and skilled lacrosse athlete. 

OCLA League  - Games on Saturday or Sunday
